Singapore - TAHITIAN NONI ® Juice

Please call Toll Free Phone-in Order line: 800-186-0024. When ask for an ID code, give them ID 6021 (Gary Ryan) to place your order at wholesale prices or Join Tahitian Noni International (Morinda) as a distributor. If you sign up as a distributor, you will be sponsored by Gary Ryan. If you face any problem or have any questions, please e-mail us. 


Enroll as a distributor here.  Make sure you have the sponsor name and ID number on the application. Use Gary Ryan ID# 6021 as the personal sponsor and placement sponsor.

Fax the application to the office telephone number in the document. You can also e-mail me at ryannet@aol.com for an application to be faxed to you. Make sure you have your fax number listed so I can send it to you.

New Tahitian Noni International Distributors

  • Sign-up by sending your completed Singapore Distributor Application and Agreement (DA) form by fax or mail with an appropriate form of payment - credit card (Visa or MasterCard)
  • Expect to receive a Distributor ID# upon receipt of your Starter Kit.
  • Important: Morinda must have the original DA form, the Distributor must mail it to the Morinda office with-in 15 days. If you fail to return the original application, your distributorship will be placed on hold.

Sign Up In Person

  • Sign-up by visiting the Will Call counter at the Tahitian Noni International office by providing the proper information to the Will Call personnel. You may pay your sign-up fee with cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
  • Some of the information necessary to complete your Distributor application includes the following:

    1. Include a photocopy of your Singapore Identification Card / Foreign Identification Card.
    2. Include your sponsor's name and a sponsor's ID number.
    3. Include your personal bank account information for commissions transfer (any bank in Singapore).
    4. Return the completed DA form to the Tahitian Noni International Office.
    5. Remember there is a S$45.00 non-refundable sign-up fee that includes a free Starter Kit.
    6. Every distributorship is subject to an annual renewal fee of S$45.00.
    7. Be sure to select your form of payment for Case AutoShip (Credit Card or Auto Debit through HSBC)
    8. Sign the bottom of the Distributor agreement.
      9. Make Sure you have Gary Ryan ID#6021 as your personal and placement sponsor.
  • Existing Distributors

Present Distributors will have to do the following to be eligible to qualify for the Founders Club in Singapore:

  • Submit a completed Singapore DA form.
  • Include:
  1. Current Tahitian Noni International ID
  2. A photocopy of your Singapore Identification Card / Foreign Identification Card
  3. Singapore registered address
  4. Your personal Singapore Bank account information for commission transfer (any bank in Singapore)
  5. Personal / Placement Sponsor information
  • Submit your completed DA forms via Fax/Mail or in person (the original will have to be submitted within 30 days for fax-in applications).

Placing an Order

By Fax/Mail: (Toll Free Fax-in Order Number: 800-18- 60023)

  • Send a completed copy of the product order form with the appropriate form of payment--credit card (Visa or MasterCard) to the Tahitian Noni International Office (see below).
  • Delivery order charges is at S$8.00 delivery fee or 3% of total costs (whichever is greater).
  • Be sure to sign the order form on all orders.

By Telephone: (Toll Free Phone-in Order Number: 800-18-60024)

  • Call the Tahitian Noni International toll free phone-in order line and provide credit card information (Visa or MasterCard).
  • Mail or Fax a signed copy of the order form with the Sales Order number attached.

    Note:
    - Expect to receive your delivery orders within 1-3 days after you have placed the phone/fax/mail order.
    - Write down the Sales Order Number for all orders for future reference.

Will Call Pick-up:

  • Visit the Will Call desk at the Tahitian Noni International office and provide the proper information to the WillCall personnel. You may pay with a credit card (Visa or Master Card) or cash.
  • Some of the information necessary to complete your product order form includes the following:
    1. Include your Morinda ID#.
    2. Include your desired products and quantities.
    3. Receive your pick-up orders at the Morinda office will-call desk Monday through Friday 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. (Closed Saturday and Sunday).

 

Case AutoShip

The Tahitian Noni International Case AutoShip Program will qualify you to receive Fast Start Bonus and Unilevel commissions. AutoShip participation will also allow you to participate in the Tahitian Noni International Concierge Program and other opportunities.

Mode of Payment:
a. Credit Card:

  • If the orders placed prior to the 15th of each month do not equal or exceed 212 CPV or 120 QV, your credit card will automatically be charged and sent one case of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice.

b. Auto Debit AutoShip:

  • Auto Debit: You must submit to the Tahitian Noni International Office your HSBC Auto Debit application form.
  • The Auto Debit form authorizes Tahitian Noni International to debit Case AutoShip payment from your HSBC bank account if orders placed prior to the 15th of each month do not equal or exceed 212 CPV or 120 QV.

Product Returns/Credits

  • If a Distributor is not satisfied with a product type on his/her first order of that product, Tahitian Noni International will buy back the original order once it has been returned. Product returned within 30 days of the order date will receive 100% credit or exchange, less shipping; products returned from 30-180 days of the original order date will receive a 90% credit or exchanged less shipping costs. Orders will not be credited that are returned after 180 days from the order date.
  • All products returned must be in marketable conditioned (resaleable, unopened and unused).
  • Original orders over 180 days old will not be bought back or exchanged unless the distributorship under which the order was placed is being cancelled.

Damaged Product

  • Direct any reports of product damaged during shipment to you to the Tahitian Noni International office by telephone, fax, or mail within 30 days of receipt.
  • Product damaged during delivery will be replaced with new product.


Commissions

  • All Commissions will be paid on 212CPV.
  • Commissions will be electronically transferred from HSBC to your Singaporean personal bank account.
  • Expect to receive Singapore denominated commissions recaps by mail for all CV purchases.
  • Direct all commission inquiries (volume, checks, adjustments, etc.) to the Tahitian Noni International Singapore Sales Support line.


Compliance

  • Fax or mail any placement or personal sponsor changes to the Tahitian Noni International office.
  • We recommend each Distributor to read and review the Distributor Policy manual, provided in the Starter Kit.
  • All Advertisements and literature must be pre-approved prior to use.
  • Tahitian Noni International prohibits Distributors from making any therapeutic or medical claims about any Tahitian Noni International products.
  • Distributors are prohibited from advertising or promoting any Tahitian Noni International products for less than the wholesale price per case or per bottle.
  • All Advertisements in any form must list the suggested retail price per case or per bottle.

Terms and Renewal

Subject to the terms of voluntary resignation, suspension, and termination discussed in later sections, the Distributor Agreement shall have a term beginning on the date of acceptance by Tahitian Noni International and ending one year from the date thereof (the anniversary date). All Distributors must renew their Distributor Agreements on an annual basis coinciding with their anniversary dates. AutoShip qualified Distributors will automatically be renewed free of charge. Distributors who are not on AutoShip will be required to pay a renewal fee of SGD45.00. Failure to remit the renewal fee by the anniversary date will result in a hold being placed on the account which will prevent the Distributor from placing orders or sponsoring new Distributors until the fee has been paid.

If the renewal fee has still not been paid 30 days after the anniversary date, the distributorship will be terminated. Any Distributor who fails or elects not to renew his/her Distributor Agreement will lose his/her distributor entity, all sponsorship rights, wholesale purchasing rights, and his/her overrides. A Distributor who fails to renew his/her distributor status may not reapply under anew sponsor for six (6) months after non-renewal, unless he/she submits a completed Upline Release form and a new Distributor Agreement o the company. The terminated Distributor's sales organization shall be transferred to the next placement and personal sponsor in the Distributor's upline.

Singapore Founders Club

Qualification period begins March 1, 2001 and ends August 31, 2001.
